This website is created to honor the memory of Kurt Kjeld Christensen who passed over to the other side March 13, 2021. It intended to flesh out his personality as much as humanly possible by utilizing photos, CVs, research, documents and personal anecdotes. It is hoped that friends and family will add their memories of Kurt that are stimulated by seeing various aspects of this website.
It is intended to have a timeline that goes from birth to 2021. It will be peppered with any comments that he made personally that Sue discovered through reading through the *copious* materials that we sorted through. Kurt was definitely a packrat since we had many boxes of past research, awards, old mouldy photos and other items kept since he left Virginia Tech for his first job at Texas Instruments in 1981.
