We had a housekeeper in Thailand named Saixioun. She, in turn, introduced us to our houseboy, who went by the name ‘Lek’ meaning ‘Guy’. It turns out that his name was really Mali, but that is considered a girl’s name. Mali would later return to the United States with us as our new Brother. ~Kurt
