One of the things Kurt really liked was a good printer and we’ve gone through quite a few.One of the really nice office printers we had was a professional RICOH which required visits from a service technician. Like we were a business…which we were not. $$. If you have a quality color printer you want to put it through its paces. One of the things we did was hold dinner parties for extended family with food themes. We’ve done Greece and Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. So of course we find pictures of scenic stuff from those countries, print them out and corral our kids to putting them up on the walls before the party. Kurt got a huge poster printer from our brother in law through National Geographic. He used it to print Systems Engineering stuff for work and I printed up gigantic posters for garden club themes.
As for office stuff outside of printers, our house has 2 offices with decent furniture, printers, fax, scanner, paper shredder, paper cutters, a laminator and sundry other small items making it nice to work from home. Kurt knew how to set things up having been in business for himself.
