We moved from Texas to Virginia to live in this interesting post WWII cottage on 1/2 acre that was featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine for the innovative floor additions–2 additional floors were added, the attic becoming a bedroom with storage. The footprint was only 25×30 (with deck addition) which made the rooms rather “cooozy”.
